Specialty Inserts
Working closely with each customer we design specialized inserts for use in unique applications. We consider environment, the forces each part will be subjected to, properties of the substrate and other application specific factors. Production volumes range from lower quantities to several million parts. Parts are produced from titanium, brass, aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel.
Our continuous use of a variety of manufacturing methods ensures we select the most effective and efficient means of production. Processes we utilize include casting, forging, CNC machining, stamping, turning and welding. Specialty inserts include:
