Die Casting
Die casting is the process of forming metal parts from molten metal fed into a mold cavity, where the metal cools and takes the shape of the mold. The process is ideal for making large quantities of metal parts with high quality surface finish, and often only needs a minimal ‘clean up’ operation before the parts is finished. Rotaloc has the capabilities to create molds for die-casting via machining in-house, so no intermediary mold building or machine shops are needed to start production of die cast parts.
