CNC Machining

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Machining is a computer-controlled cutting tool used to remove material from a stationary part. The raw material, often a block, is placed into the CNC machine, and a code is run that specifies the cutting processes that will occur to create a finished part. The CNC machine can use a variety of cutting tools of different sizes in order to create complex geometries that may be difficult in other processes. The CNC machining process does not require expensive tooling or molds, so it is ideal for Rotaloc’s customers for small and medium sized batches of precise, identical parts.
