Large-Flanged Bonding Fasteners for Plastics & Composites

Littleton, Colorado USA - ROTALOC INT'L, LLC proudly announces their new business operations established to manufacture and distribute Rotaloc bonding fasteners. Stephen Harris of Littleton, Colorado USA, is President of Rotaloc.
Rotaloc bonding fasteners offers a Mechanical Joining System providing high load-distributing anchorage for thin or thick wall plastic moldings and other substrates requiring secure mechanical joining. Rotaloc offers a semi-permanent or permanent Fastening System for all Plastic Molding Industries that include Rotational Molding, Injection Molding and GRP Molding as well as adhesive surface bonding.
Rotaloc plans to commercialize their bonding fasteners, expanding with broad industrial marketing and increasing promotional efforts. Preliminary target markets include plastic and composite molders, laminators and fabricators. The new company has set up sales and marketing operations in Littleton, Colorado. Worldwide distribution is expected through a network of Representatives. Manufacturing and packaging will be subcontracted to existing oversees suppliers.
The new venture coincides with Mr. Harrisâ recent asset acquisition and formation of Nbond Adhesives, Int'l. Nbond produces adhesive specifically engineered to bond difficult to bond substrates including Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PE). Nbond's Polybond33 bonds to many substrates including plastic, paper, wood and metal. Nbond's product is currently being delivered to several manufacturers, with focus on industrial OEM applications. Delivery of Rotaloc bonding fasteners is scheduled for January 1, 2000. Rotaloc debuted at Rotaplas-99, and will be added to the McMaster-Carr January 2000 Catalog. Mr. Harris states, "Rotaloc offers the strongest insert pull-out and torque strength of any insert out on the market. Combined with Nbond's PolyBond33 formula, I believe I now offer OEM manufacturers with an outstanding compliment of unique bonding and fastening products."
